Annie was a 19 year old girl who stands at 5'6" tall with a humble yet tough personality. She was the only sole survivor out of her family, who was attacked by a horde of Zombies two years prior, leaving her to fend for herself. Despite her fit yet curvy figure, she's a very quick, agile and skilled fighter, armed with two knives that are strapped to her hips. She's dressed in camouflage skinny jeans, a black tank top, a pair of boots, one hair tie on her wrist for tying her hair up for fights, and a black choker with a purple crystal butterfly pendant. Her hair is long, straight and jet black. Her skin is a light tan color, and her eyes are light green. She's a very pretty girl despite a thin scar on her cheek, just below her left eye and right where her cheekbone is, from a fight with a bandit she came across on her travels. Because of that, she's very cautious of new people she meets. While traveling for a new place to shelter herself from the undead, she made it to a ransacked and seemingly abandoned city. She slowly and carefully walked around the streets, looking for a food shop that might still have some food in supply. Once she found one, she walked inside and checked the shelves for something to eat.

Broken Town Jay was close by, on patrol for zombies. He was on the rooftop by climbing up on the stairs on the outside of the building and getting up there. He had a few different weapons, though with him was a cross-bow with around 50 bolts. He was quiet, his flashing blue eyes gazing around on the empty streets. He was tall, around 6'2'', and quite toned for a man of 18 years. He wore no shirt, so his tattoos were visible. A large owl placed itself on his chest, and stars danced around his sides. He wore simple black skinny jeans with black and white converse shoes. He was silent, his eyes watching the roads.

After raiding the store and finding some chocolate, cookies, chips, and bottles of water that weren't spoiled, Annie walked back out into the city with her food in a plastic bag. She looked around for Jay and didn't see him, not knowing he went to the roof. She called for him, not having to be too loud since the town was quiet. "Jay? Where are you?" Jay was one of the few people she came to trust, developing a decent friendship with him on their mutual mission for survival despite the fact that she tried to attack him when they first met. It wasn't out of anger, but her fear of being attacked again.

Broken Town Jay's bue eyes were on a male riding a motorcycle towards the store. He looked down to Annie, then waved for her to get down, before pointing to the motorcycle who was heading quite fast to the area they were in. He got down after the motion to her to do the same, and aimed his bow towards the biker. He was trying to see who he was, the aiming thing on his cross-bow helping. He blinked, then decided to shoot. He aimed the bow carefully, then noticed something familiar about him. He did in fact look like himself... That... can't be... he though, squinting his eyes. He got up, then raced down the stairs, onto the ground, and tried to get his attention

Annie looked up to see Jay signaling for her to hide. She paid attention to his silent instructions and swiftly ran to hide behind a nearby dumpster. She took out one of her knives and held it tight, hoping that no trouble would arise. She then heard Jay hurrying down the building and peeked out to see what appeared to be him trying to get the biker's attention. What was he up to? Annie silently observed, making sure that she was positioned to strike if she needed to.

Broken Town Jack looked at the person who was trying to get his attention, and his blue eyes narrowed harshly. 'Dumbass.' he muttered to himself, then revved the engine and decided to try and run him over, a sly smirk forming on this thin lips. Jay watched the male go faster, then blinked. This is not good. he thought, then backed up. He waited a bit for the male to get closer, having an idea to tackle him off of the motorcycle. He never knew what a stupid idea that was. Time passed, and the motorcycle came closer, then he grabbed the biker, before being dragged by him a few feet before he let go with a cry of pain. He rolled a few feet away, then rose to his feet, holding his slight bruises from the road burn. Jack felt the arms wrap around him, then was caught by surprise while speeding up. He lost control, and just a few seconds after Jay had let go, he crashed into a dumpster with a sickening thud. He rolled off, slamming into the dumpster, and his bike was broken. Steam and black smoke rose from the engine, and Jack was outraged. 'You dumbass! You could have killed me or you! Now look what you've done to my car!' He snarled loudly, his eyes filling up with rage. Jay blinked, staring at the male. 'I... I'm sorry, dude.' Jack turned around, pacing towards his bike, then kicked it hard. 'Who the hell are you?' He turned to face him once more, then stopped. The guy looked almost exactly like him.

The gang was more restless today. They have been low on food, water and clothes. Being hungry was one thing but dirty, thirsty and cold at the same times seemed to be impossible. They marched around in ‘’their’’ part of the city they had conquered, killing everything and everyone with no mercy. They were the kind of survivor group where children, old and sick people had no place in this world as it was now. They were all murdered, some of them even got eaten before murdered. This gang had gone lower than the lowest, still people knew of them, terrified of crossing their way. As If zombies weren’t enough to think and be scared about. And in all this there was a boy with blond hair and pale skin which were very dirty of mud and god knows what. He wore shorts with leggings that had mostly holes. He also had a large hoodie, way too large and dirty for that tiny, sickly thin fragile body. The pale color of his skin seemed sickly as well. His name was Kyle and even thought children were not allowed he was still there alive. Mostly because he had proven himself too be at help in more ways than just getting supplies when no one else wants. Not only were these ghastly people cannibals and murderers, but Kyle could easily point out the psychopathic pedophiles. Right now they had moved their base to inside the city to get an easier access to food, clothes and water. They all lived in small ruined buildings, but at least there was roof and not as cold as living in the woods. Some had guns, others had knifes and swords. Kyle had nothing other than his dirty bed that kept all kinds of bad memories and his clothes. He also had a beanie he always used which was his big brothers who had been killed so long time ago. But Kyle had lost the sense of time, he had no idea what day it was or how long these zombies had been here. Not even how long he had lived with these people. And right now, there was gathering supplies time. A man who seemed larger, older and more buffer then the others came forth, the other men in the gang nodded towards this man in respect as he approached Kyle that was sitting on his bed. They called this man Winder. And Winder was an awful violent man. As he was close to Kyle he grabbed the boy by the hoodie, easily pulling the boy up to Winders scarred and manly brutal face. Winders eyes narrowed at Kyle’s big blue eyes that once had looked at this man terrified. But not anymore, what was left was an emotionless boy, only a shell left that knew he only could listen to these people. As long he was alive…he thought sometimes that maybe being a zombie or dead wasn’t that bad. Winder’s breath reeked faulty, if Kyle wasn’t so used to that smell he would of gaged. ‘’So boy…’’ Winder started in his deep raspy voice. ‘’It’s time to get some supplies, but you know that, don’t you?’’ He asked, grinning wicked and darkly at the boy he held up in the air. After a long pause Kyle nodded, Winder was pleased, letting the boy down harshly on his bed. ‘’Good. Get your ass going. Be happy that your good at this or you would be dead.’’ He ordered sharply, like it was a threat. Kyle stood up on his feet, starting to walk to the door that would lead out in the city. Cause that’s what he was good at, sneaking past zombies, not making a sound, he was also so thin and with average wait for his age he could easily fit in the strangest places. Cause that’s what he was good at, spying, stealing and even acting to make others risk their life to save his own. That’s how cold he had become, not even looking back anymore. Winder watched the boy walking, stopping Kyle before he had reached the door. He could feel the breath on his neck, making chills go down his thin body. ‘’And also, the other thing you are so good at…I’ll be receiving that too so get back quickly…’’ He then moved away from Kyle, the others grinned wicked and laughed. Kyle clenched his jaw, running out the door, into the city. If he only could run away, to never be found. He didn’t want that, he never wanted to live through such things. Being everyone’s toy. But they had such a grip on him, he didn’t get sleep, food or water. He was so weak he wouldn’t last a day out here alone. And even if he wanted to die, they wouldn’t let him. He ran, smoke formed out of his lips from the cold. He sighs, stopping quickly. His body couldn’t even run for so long… He was already exhausted. He then heard something he had heard before, knowing that deep drumming sound. He went to hide in a store where the window was broken. He easily went in, sitting down so not to be seen. He peeked a little to confirm what he had heard. And sure enough, it was a motorbike. A man sat on it, driving fast by him. Kyle was confused, who were these people? But it was over the boarded so the gang wouldn’t care for them as long they didn’t step in their place. Kyle sighs, letting his body rest against the wall in the store. So there was people entering this city… He crouched on the filthy floor, not wanting to be seen. This store had very few things left but better with a little then nothing. He went through building to building, not daring to go on the street to be seen. So found backdoors and other entrances into the buildings, grabbing what he could in his little bag. He wondered, where there more people? It probably was…He could almost feel it…And as he did he didn’t know how close he was to the other people as he roamed around the building, getting things.

Annie saw Jay tackle the man off the bike, which only slightly concerned her. What truly caught her off guard was the unattended motorbike speeding right for her hiding place. She gasped and ran back further into the alley to try to avoid the crash. She got a decent distance, but the impact of the bike to the dumpster still gave off a push of force that sent her flying with a scream. She tumbled and rolled down the alley until she skidded to a stop on her right side, letting out a groan of pain. She opened her eyes to see the knife she had released during the explosion flying blade down towards her, which made her yell and roll out of the way just in time. She was now frustrated, hoping that Jay had a really good reason for this disaster. But for now, she needed a minute to rest a little. So she laid down on her side with her back facing the bike wreck, breathing so lightly it didn't seem like she was at all.

Kyle jolted as he heard voices, quickly going into hiding. Oh no, who were these people? He could hear two male voices. So two people, he guessed, was here. He sighs, thinking. He couldn’t stay here for long, he had to move. He should go back through the buildings. He then heard a crash, his body froze. He heard a woman’s yell. There were three people! The yelling from the woman was right by him too, the ally was right by this building. He breathed as silent as he could but it was hard after that fright. The crash and yell where so loud. At least the camouflage was good, mud, dirt, dark clothes and even a dark beanie. He would be almost unnoticeable. But right now he had to stay. They all sounded so angry, maybe a fight would start… So waited for it to calm down, it would be easier to move then. Maybe just a little peak… He saw a backdoor that would lead out in the ally. But the woman could still be there… He decided to only give a little peak so he crunched to the door, opening a tiny bit. He looked at the dumpster that seemed to had been crashed into, trash and all were littered around. Then he saw someone move, making him close the door slowly. Now he was trapped, again!

Broken Town Jack turned and glared heavily at Jay. 'You little bitch. I swear I'll beat your ass so hard you'll be black and blue for weeks. He started walking towards the male, seeming enraged. Jay, on the other hand was still hurt, and back up. 'Woah there, I was just wanting to be friends.' 'And you freakin' smash my bike? Is that how you get friends? You little punk.' He tried to swing at Jay, hoping to hit him in the side of the face Jay blocked with his arm, grabbing him and twisting his hand. 'We need to stay together, kid.' Jay's eyes suddenly went dark, cold, and narrowed. He seemed different. Jack glared, managing to pull away. 'Like I'd be friends with you, you dumbass.' He started to walk away, then an idea hit him and he turned around, a faint smile on his face. 'I guess, we can be friends. If you help me fix my bike.' Jay blinked, then narrowed his eyes more. 'Maybe. But only if you promise to stay.'

Annie figured she had laid down long enough and tried to get up. It wasn't an easy task because she was injured, but she managed to use the building's walls for support. She picked up her knife and placed it back in its holder, walking back out to the street where she last saw Jay and whoever that man was. She coughed as she walked through the screen of smoke that the wreckage created and stared in wide eyed shock as she saw the man looked exactly like Jay. Maybe she was dizzy? Maybe she was seeing double? She panted softly as she spoke up, "J..Jay..?" Her arms had scrapes and bruises, and she had dirt and a couple of scratches on her cheek. She panted from feeling weak and collapsed to her knees, still gripping the building as she looked inside the store she had just left.

The smell of smoke started filling his nose, seeping in the store. Kyle laid down on the floor, not wanting to get caught by the smoke that had covered the roof of the store. The smell was horrible and his mouth got dry. It almost tasted like ash. He started coughing after a while, the smoke now surrounded most of the store. This was dangerous, the could feel that the smoke made him dizzy and sicker the longer he was there. He tried holding back his coughs but to no avail. After a while he started coughing a storm, he couldn’t see anything through the smoke. His eyes were burning as he tried looking around and the smoke went in his eyes. He crawled around, feeling fresh air come in. This had to be the window… He felt with his hands, feeling a large hole. It was the window! He jumped out into the city, coughing and coughing. His eyes were deep red, but his right eye where clearly damaged. He coughed until he started gaging and purging, salvia and spit ran out his mouth. Was he dying? He couldn’t tell, it was just so painful when he already felt sick before of. He fell to his knees, slowly laying down on the road as he was gasping for fresh air.

Broken Town Jay had noticed Annie injured, then quickly ran over to her, helping her up. Great job, Jay. You hurt Annie, again, he was angry at himself, and glared at Jack. Jack glared back

Annie gripped Jay's arms tight as she stumbled back onto her feet, silently mumbling 'ow' repeatedly as she felt pain shoot through her ribs and back. She sighed, and then looked up at Jay, "Thank you." She gave a half smile, appreciative that now she can at least stand up, and suddenly heard terrible coughing. She looked to the lookalike and it wasn't him, so her eyes scanned the area and saw a boy out in the street coughing hard. "Oh my God..!" Annie slipped out of Jay's grip and fell onto her knees again, but crawled over to the boy and patted his back. "Hey, are you okay?" She asked with a concerned voice.

Broken Town Jay felt Annie get out of his grip, and went to catch her before he noticed where she was heading. A small young boy had scrambled out of the burning building, coughing. He also ran over, kneeling down to inspect him. 'Hey, are you alright, kiddo?' He asked, his blue eyes worried. Jack watched, 'tch'ed, then turned to look at his bike. He would need quite a bit of new parts to get the bike up and running again. In rage, he kicked it. It was useless. He would be stuck with the strange people. He hated it.
